In- Person Vendor Applications
We are pleased to welcome local businesses and craftspeople to apply to sell their wares at the annual gathering.
The number of vendor openings is limited, apply today.
Vendor Fees:
Vendor fees are subject to change annually and therefore will not be displayed.
*Previous Year Table Prices and approximate number of attendees are listed at the bottom of the event page for every year starting in 2022.
Traditional Table
(Includes 1 year virtual table.)
Hotel Table = 5’ long x 30” wide + Draped and skirted + 2 chairs
Please fill out only In Person Table application. Meals/snacks are available for purchase in addition to your table. Meals are optional, however, Hotel policy states that there shall be no outside food or beverages allowed in the conference area. Options are:
Breakfast = $/person/meal
Buffet lunch = $/person/meal
Both Breakfast & Lunch = $/person
Participation registrants will have meals included.
The hotel also has an open air cooler by the front desk with food ranging from $2-15
Rooms will be locked overnight.

Fill out and submit your vendor application.
Once you have paid for your booth space and any extras, you will continue to get updates and important information via our new Vendor Newsletter! See you at the Annual Gathering!
The Vendor Committee for NCHTC reviews your application sometime during this month and decides if your business is the right fit for our Annual Gathering.
You receive an emailed letter from someone on the all volunteer Vendor Committee with either your acceptance or not.
If you have been accepted…. Congrats!
You will get an email with your case-sensitive password to the password protected registration page. The email will also have further instructions on how to register, submit your required forms, get your free digital table, and how to pay for your booth space, electricity, & food.

Accepted as a Vendor?
Once your application has been received, you will be contacted should we accept you to be a vendor at the gathering. You will receive a password and instructions to enter the next step.
