Directions to Register


  1. Click on the Picture (logo) of the "Product" you wish to purchase. This will be the recording or the in-person registration.

  2. Click "Purchase"

  3. Fill out the corresponding form including all Required* fields and Click "Purchase"

  4. This should bring you directly to checkout where you will need to enter your email address and click "Continue"

  5. Enter Payment and Billing information and click "Continue"

  6. Review and click "Purchase"

  7. You are done!

You will receive a notification of registration at the email address you provided in step 4.

In order to attend any Gathering, you will need to fill out the following form & pay the fee.

Refund Policy:

Remember: access to the recording is available with your registration fee, if you are unable to attend the event in person, this access will still be available. If registration is refunded, recordings will need to be purchased separately.

  • *Registrations are non-transferable

  • *All refunds will be made via the same method of payment as registration.  ex: Credit card payments will be refunded via credit card.

  • *If NCHTC cancels any event, a 100% refund will be issued.

  • *14 calendar days prior to the event, a refund of the registration fee minus a $10 processing fee will be issued.    

  • *7 to 14 calendar days prior to the event, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be issued.

  • *7 calendar days prior to the event or less, no refund will be issued.
