Content: Workshop will connect us with our personal and collective truths. Through a focus on the throat chakra will gain an understanding of both its development and adaptations, then experience a process for constructive re-patterning. We will also learn to discern the vibrations of truth and work in a group process to create a reflection of the collective sacred truth of our community.
