Content: With Cyndi Dale you will learn how to open, clear, and work with this center for yourself or others in this experiential workshop on the “brain of the body”, the energy center that can truly give you the energy you need to achieve your dreams. Marie Huss gets us using the NIA Technique as a vehicle to explore ways to increase and balance the body’s energy in the third chakra through creative movement and mindful meditation. NIA blends movements from the martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts to integrate one’s mind, emotions, and spirit, with one’s physical body to achieve whole-being integration. NIA will pump your heart, lubricate your joints, release your tension, enhance your balance and tone your muscles with creative movement, mindful awareness and joyful spirit. The choreography is simple yet invigorating, allowing for interpretation and freedom of expression.
